Come and get me in my sleep

Over night, my pain killers wore off. Over night, the pain got bad. I have only been awake for 15 minutes. I ate a pill and I am sitting still waiting for it to take affect. My ears hurt. Feel like there are holes boared between them. And yes, my head still sounds hollow when I val salva. My brain has fallen out...I never knew that could so fucking painful.
