Going Going Gone

The adventure begins for one and continues for another.

Mungo is continuing his post USAF adventure while 007 is only beginning his Vegas to AK adventure. Their first stop will be Denver to pick up Justin who is moving to AK to start a new life.

I hope they had a grand time here in Vegas. It was cool as hell to see some of the AK tribe again and hang with them. Mungo has been here before so it wasn't as spectacular as it was for 007. Last night we went to the Stratosphere where 007 rode the Big Shot and the new X-Scream rides. Man, there is no way you would ever get me to ride the X-Scream! That thing is nuts.

Also on the menu last night was Fremont Street. I have lived here in Vegas for awhile now and have never gone to see the light show. I was actually impressed and had a good time watching all the lights with techno music. It was sort of like a 2-3 city block long club with a light show. Coolio.

Putt putt golf at the Scandia Fun Center using combat rules!

I am jelous that they are driving to AK. That it the best drive! Man, one day I will make that drive again. Yes, yes I will.

While they were here we also had some good talks. No VI but we did hit the local IHop after a grueling couple of games of Putt putt.

007 is now a geocacher with over 6 finds and excited about getting to AK and finding more. 007 is also a quad riding freak now!

The two freaks are stopping at Krispy Kreme on their way out of town That sounds good so I am going to go get some as well.

PS. Oh yeah, Mungo left all his DVD's here. I will mail them to him in AK. I could do it now and they would beat him there! HA!
