Houston...We have offer!

We got an offer on our house today. It is listed at $369k and the offer was for $360k. We counter offered with $367k. They have until tomorrow at 6pm to accept or send their counter offer back with a new price. We won't go below $365k since we don't HAVE to sell right now.

I'll keep you homies updated. If they accept our counter then our house will have been on the market less than a week. WOO WOO!
