Paint the Town..or at Least the House

I got home from my overnight today and spent almost the entire day painting and touching up the house. Man, a little paint here and there and the house looks a lot better! Now I don't want to move...ok...I do.

We found out that the house across the street sold in less than a week! They got four offers in one day so a bidding war ensued. The house was listed at $375k and ended up selling for $387k! Woo woo! Maybe we can get a bidding war going on ours and get a good price for it too!

Okay, so the house is up for sale and there is still work to be done. Move some furniture and fix a few little things that never really get done unless you have to. I have to.

Eddie just IMed me and said that he is blogging too! Neato. We are both blogging right now!
