selling the range

We are selling the range and will be in search of greener pastures.

The old homestead is going up this week sometime. We are looking at buying a house in the snooty part of town that is about 10 minutes from here. Our neighborhood is turning into all rental units and this isn't where we want to be since we have decided to stay in Vegas for a while after I get out of the military.

We are also putting an add in the paper to sell the trailer. Why? Because the dollar to fun ratio is just not right. Although we can afford to camp and pay for the good time we have chosen not to pay for it any longer. Up to $400 for a 3 day weekend of camping (gas, food, site and misc) gets expensive fast. That is not including the trailer payment and the money spent for storage. We would rather put the money in to a nicer house and better neighborhood. This shouldn't affect the homies coming to LV to visit except that we have to keep the house clean all the time in case someone wants to look at it.
