Give them the ax

7 people were layed off at NAC on tuesday. there was a big meeting on yesterday for all the remaining mechanics in the hanger. I figure that the 7 people were part-timers and old guys who came to work for NAC "for the fun of it". They were already collecting Social Security and NAC was beer money.

I was assured about a week ago that i wouldn't be on the list, and so far it is ok. I guess its good to go party with the people who make the important decisions.

But just to make sure, ive been looking for other opportunites around the country. Looks like there are a few jobs out there, just the moving from here will be difficult.
