Don't you wish it were as easy as that? Ya, me too. I get caught up in thoughts like that sometimes. I even do the math to see how much I could spend per year... The reality is that I'm still waiting for the AK Guard to announce who they're hiring for the three open Staff slots. Also, that root canal is coming up on January 4th. Can't wait! Seriously, because at the minimum, I'll be able to catch a six month tour with the 176th and an extra 18 grand would be nice. Until then, still unemployed. Pretty much have given up all hopes of finding a job out there. Haven't even bothered checking this last week. Who's going to hire anyone the week of Christmas? Molar #13 is going to have it's day soon enough, anyway. We're hanging all our hopes (and then some!) on me getting this job.
